BOSTON, Aug. 1, 2006 -- FullArmor, the leader in enterprise policy management, announced that its CTO Danny Kim has been awarded the prestigious Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Award for his industry contributions and technical proficiency with respect to Microsoft Windows Server Group Policy. Mr. Kim was recognized by Microsoft for his extraordinary efforts in guiding his peers on Windows Group Policy issues in technical communities during the past year.

Danny Kim is a recognized expert on Microsoft Windows operations and security management technologies including Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Group Policy, and Systems Management Server. He has architected a technology called PolicyPortal that allows organizations to deploy and enforce Windows Group Policy settings on machines that are not connected to Active Directory. In 1993, Mr. Kim developed the first Windows policy management product to help Wal-Mart lockdown the Microsoft Windows demo PCs in their retail stores. That technology was licensed by Microsoft, Compaq, Sony, Toshiba and others. He also architected the first third-party Group Policy management products, called FAZAM 2000 and FAZAM Auditing. He has helped more than 30 Fortune 100 companies, including Bank of America, Boeing, and Wal-Mart, design and deploy their Group Policy infrastructure on an enterprise scale. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Cornell University.
